Soulful You Coaching Presents
The Reclamation Circle
A monthly membership for those rebuilding identity, purpose, and spirituality after leaving fundamentalist religion
You did the hardest part. You left. Now comes the quieter, stranger work of figuring out who you actually are.
The Reclamation Circle is a monthly coaching and community container for people who have walked away from fundamentalist or evangelical Christianity and are now doing the real work: rebuilding their identity, reconnecting to their values, learning to trust themselves again, and finding out what spirituality can look like when it belongs entirely to them.
you might be here because
…The leaving was just the beginning
You walked away from the church but the church hasn't entirely walked away from you. The inner critic still sounds like a sermon.
You crave community that doesn't replicate the dynamics you left. A space without hierarchy, performance, or the pressure to believe the right things.
You are grieving something you can't quite name. A community, a certainty, a version of yourself that made sense inside a system.
You are ready to move forward but you are not sure what forward even looks like from here.
You want practical tools, not more processing in isolation. You are tired of sitting alone with the weight of it all.
You want to rebuild your spirituality on your own terms, without being told what it has to look like.
What this is
A circle,
not a curriculum
“You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be held while you find your way back to yourself.”
The Reclamation Circle is built around the Awareness to Action Method™, a framework that moves from recognizing the beliefs you inherited, through reconnecting to your actual values, processing what got suppressed along the way, and taking aligned action in the life you are building now. Each month has a theme that moves through this arc, which means you can join at any point and find yourself in the work. There is no falling behind. There is no right way to be here. This is a space for real coaching, real community, and real tools you can use in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday when an old story starts running the show again. It is also, genuinely, a soft place to land. One of the hardest things about leaving is the loss of belonging. This circle is meant to offer that back, without the conditions attached.

This circle is for you if
You are ready to reclaim
You have left fundamentalist or evangelical Christianity and are still unpacking how it shaped who you are
You want structured, consistent support rather than processing everything alone or in scattered moments
You are looking for a community that understands the specific grief of religious deconstruction without requiring you to perform your healing
You are ready for practical, embodied tools: somatic practices, ritual, values work, nervous system support
You want to rebuild a spiritual life that belongs entirely to you, with no one telling you what it has to look like
You are somewhere in your 20s, 30s, or 40s and this work feels genuinely urgent, not academic
What becomes possible
What you may come
away with
Self-trust
A deepening relationship with your own inner authority, so the voice in your head starts to sound more like you and less like a sermon.
Values Clarity
A clearer sense of what you actually believe, value, and want, separate from what you were told to believe, value, and want.
Embodied Tools
Practices you can reach for when old stories creep back in. Things that work in the body, not just the mind.
Real Belonging
The felt sense of being in community with people who genuinely understand the specific terrain of this journey.

Bre Hamilton
Coach | Creator | Soulful You Coaching
Bre is a coach and content creator based in coastal Nova Scotia who supports people healing from religious trauma and deconstruction. Her work focuses on the specific, layered grief of leaving high-control religion and the real, embodied work of rebuilding identity, purpose, and spirituality on your own terms.
Her framework, the Awareness to Action Method™, moves through recognizing inherited conditioning, reconnecting to personal values, processing what got suppressed, and taking aligned action in the life you are actually building. It is practical, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing is not linear and you do not need to perform it.
Bre also co-creates Sunshine Studio, a creative community space in Nova Scotia, and hosts events including moon gathering for spiritual seekers, in collaboration with The Village Mothers. She lives a slower life by the ocean with her four children and believes that a sense of purpose and self should never have been exclusive to the church.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
A: It is neither, though it shares some qualities with both. The Reclamation Circle is a group coaching and community container. Bre coaches within the group calls and the framework structures the work, but this is not a clinical space and is not a substitute for therapy. If you are looking for 1:1 support with Bre directly, that is available separately.
-
A: All calls are recorded and available to members. Showing up live is wonderful but never required. The community space and resources are available to you any time, and the weekly prompts in Discord give you a way to stay connected even in a quieter week.
-
A: Realistically, a few hours per month for the calls, plus however much time you want to spend in the community or with the resources. This is designed to fit into a real life, not require you to restructure around it.
-
A: You are welcome here. The circle moves through the Awareness to Action framework cyclically, so there is no starting point you can miss. Whether you left last year or a decade ago, the work of reclaiming yourself is ongoing and this space is designed to meet you where you are.
-
A: No. Many people in this space are in the middle of figuring out what, if anything, they believe. The Reclamation Circle holds space for doubt, deconstruction, agnosticism, and all the in-between places. You do not need to arrive with a spiritual framework.
-
A: Yes. No contracts, no guilt, no complicated cancellation process. Stay as long as it is serving you.
You have been waiting long enough
This is your
soft place to land
A circle of people who understand where you have been, led by someone who takes this work seriously. Come as you are.
